ITINERARY IN DETAIL:

8:00: You are picked up from your hotel in Ho Chi Minh by private car or shuttle bus. ( Please choose yourpreferable vehicle when you submit booking)

Meet us at the Cai Be jetty at 10:00 am. The crew welcomes you with cold towels and a refreshing drink while your Cai Be Princess sampan sets off for its leisurely cruise on the busy waterways.Proceed to Phu An, a remote unspoiled area offering stunning scenic views. Observe from the comfort of your sampan life as it plays out on the riverbanks - the people, the stunning landscapes  -  while  your  attentive  crew  serves  you  tea  and seasonal fruit. Visit an ancienthouse built in the 19th century. We’ll make stops along the way to provide glimpses of local cottage industries: coconut candy and puffed rice (the local 
equivalent of popcorn), products that provide a living for the river people. In Phu An, you’ll be able to see the surrounding countryside on bicycle. Or, if you prefer, opt for a gentle stroll instead or relax on board.Later on, stop at Le Longanier Restaurant. Lunch is served in this exquisite colonial-style villa set in a lush tropical garden by  the  river,  surrounded  by  fruit  trees,  giving  you  a  sense of  life  during Indochinese  times.  Back  on  board,  continue through narrow canals for more views of the Mekong Delta. Your cruise ends around 3:00 pm at the Phu Nhuan Bridge near Cai Lay, where your personal vehicle awaitsto drive you to Ho Chi Minh City.
